MedCycle: Saving the world from Medical Waste
So why MedCycle? MedCycle aims to save the developed world from the growing and costly issue of wasted medication, while at the same time addressing the issue of a medication famine in war zones and developing nations.
It seems incredibly selfish that perfectly good medication is destroyed, when it could be saving lives elsewhere. All that's needed to fully utilise medical stock is a change of habit, and we believe the MedCycle app can help facilitate this change.
Although originally created for use in the UK, MedCycle has the opportunity to be global solution. The concept can easily be adjusted, applied and launched in other developed nations.
